Responsibilities: • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent and self motivated • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Compensation: $70,000 - $300,000+ commission based
