Responsibilities: • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Assist clients with leasing and/or transactional sales. • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. • Arrange and conduct property tours. • Oversee the transaction process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and timely completion. Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • A valid real estate license. • Confident and comfortable working with clients, colleagues, and partners. • Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work effectively without constant supervision. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maintain positive client interactions. Compensation: $125,000 at plan earnings
