Responsibilities: • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan
