Responsibilities: • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Compensation: $67,000+ at plan commission
