The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Independent and self motivated • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
