Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Qualifications: • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Self motivated and self sufficient • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Real Estate License or the motivation to get one Compensation: $80,000 - $185,000 yearly
