Responsibilities: • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Business Development: Develop new clients and business opportunities. • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service. • CRM Use: Be or become proficient and use our CRM, FollowUpBoss • Commit to training: Participate in webinars, coaching sessions, and classes • Accountability: Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs • Ability to accept rejection and see it as the customer's loss • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Team-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. • Willingness to be held accountable Compensation: $170,000 yearly
