Responsibilities: • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Must have a real estate license Compensation: $117,500 commission based
