Responsibilities: • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Compensation: $70,000 - $300,000+ commission based
