The Outside Service team plays a crucial role in our Real Estate business, ensuring prompt and professional deliveries of items and signage to clients and vendors. Ideal for individuals starting their Real Estate career or pursuing real estate studies. Part-time/Seasonal role starting in March and ending in August. Great opportunity for college students, stay-at-home parents, or those looking to enter the real estate industry. The ideal schedule is Wednesday to Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Responsibilities: • Deliver marketing materials to clients and vendors • Install/Remove lockbox • Routing and placement of directional signage • Assist the Staging team with the packing and storing of staging materials and accessories • Visit properties to ensure appropriate access control and marketing materials are on-site • Maintain inventory control measures • Communicate with agents and managers Qualifications: • Deadline-driven and extremely organized • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Clean Driving Record • Clean Background Check • Reliable vehicle Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly per hour
