Responsibilities: • Deliver and pick up staging items such as furniture, decor, and signage to and from various properties. • Ensure all staging items are properly arranged and set up in each property according to the staging plan. • Coordinate with the real estate team to schedule timely deliveries and pick-ups. • Assist in maintaining inventory of staging items and report when supplies need to be replenished. • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of staging items storage area. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in real estate office settings. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Flexible schedule, available nights and weekends. • Proficiency with GSuite (Google Docs). • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
