Responsibilities: Role Overview: This is a customer service-centered role above all else. As a Closing Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our home sellers from contract to close—keeping them informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. You’ll manage documentation, coordinate with internal and external partners, and most importantly, provide professional, responsive communication to ensure sellers feel prioritized and taken care of. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for home sellers during the closing process • Provide empathetic, clear, and consistent communication with clients via phone, text, and email • Guide sellers step-by-step, ensuring they understand timelines, next steps, and expectations • Manage all transaction documents and ensure compliance with deadlines and internal standards • Troubleshoot title issues or closing delays with professionalism and urgency • Collaborate with sales, vendor, and operations teams to keep every file on track • Monitor critical escrow milestones and ensure all parties are updated • Coordinate final walkthroughs, notaries, and other key steps before close • Track and complete Salesforce tasks with accuracy and attention to detail • Represent GG Homes with compassion, professionalism, and accountability at every stage Qualifications: Qualifications: • Background in real estate, escrow, or transaction coordination preferred • Proven excellence in customer service and client-facing roles • Natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure • Empathetic, calm, and composed when resolving challenges • Driven to serve others while taking initiative and full ownership of your work • Must be available full-time, in person, at our San Diego office Compensation: $80,000 Base plus Quarterly Bonus
