YOUR IMPACT
As the Development Database Analyst, you will be an essential contributor to the continuing evolution and growth of the Crunch brand. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Analyst will work cross functionally and will be the instrumental driver of maintaining and ensuring data accuracy and integrity and provide analysis and create reports/dashboards that enhance development for Crunch franchising. The ideal candidate brings the acumen and affinity to ensure the database is the go-to data source paired with the ability to create opportunities for problem solving with decision support tools and analytics. A meticulous commitment to the details and exceptional customer service ethic are essential competencies. The role is based ideally in the Dallas office location but remote may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Role Summary: manage data entry and automation, analytics, dashboard, and report creation for the franchise club and territory portfolio database with Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel to manage the project lifecycle from concept implementation, testing, deployment, to user training. Projects involve production support and enhancements for users in the organization, integration of multiple software platforms, implementation of new features, and consulting on best practices.
Data entry and management of club development deal flow from site submission through the opening of clubs (and upon changes or closing)
Create summary abstracts of franchise agreements, development schedules, and lease agreements
Create new and maintain existing dashboards and reports for specialized uses, including the creation of a development schedule tracking dashboard
Create email templates and alerts for multiple users and tasks
Identify and utilize other platform functions that would increase the efficiency of Crunch development processes, including managing and tracking communication, the integration of calendar entries, critical date alerts, tasks, opportunities, campaigns, and goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information systems, software design and development, data and/or business analytics, database development and automation, and change management
3+ years of broad experience in the administration of multiple software platforms
Experience in relevant software platforms is highly preferred (Salesforce, Smartsheet, Sharepoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, meticulous, problem-solver, process-oriented, and accustomed to managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and conflicting deadlines
Independently proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
