Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Listings Department and Property Management Bookkeeping Department to mitigate risk. • Oversee and verify that all contracts, leases, and related documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations. • Provide guidance and expertise on real estate "dos and don’ts," ensuring ethical and legal adherence across all transactions. • Act as a trusted advisor to agents on risk-related matters, proactively addressing potential issues before they arise. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years as a licensed real estate agent. • Extensive knowledge of property management practices and regulations. • Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and lease agreements. • Ability to collaborate across departments. • Clear understanding of risk mitigation strategies within the real estate sector.
