    Director of Sales for Top Real Estate Team Are you a proven closer and Manager who can sell, GROW, and lead a team? Do you understand a “consultative” sales approach? As the leader of one of our Sales teams, you will be responsible for growing, managing, and developing our agents. You will be overseeing the continued growth of the salespeople, and lead them to increased sales. We have more leads than we can service so we will look to you to bring on top talent to service the leads. Responsibilities: • Your main task will be increasing the overall sales of our team. • You will screen, interview, and hire candidates for the Sales positions; help them develop their sales skills, and set their personal sales goals and a plan to achieve those goals. • Implement our proven training program to ensure sales performance. The Director of Sales is expected to be an expert in these areas;Recruiting and Hiring : Our biggest objective is to increase the size of our team to keep up with the demand for our products. • Sales Acumen : As a sales manager, you must be able to effectively communicate with clients – leading the team through example. • Education: You become an expert on the Team processes and procedures and will be doing hands-on training for our sales agents (live training, role-playing, call monitoring, and joint selling). • Metrics: In addition to pipeline measurement, you will track the daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics of our team to ensure they are spending their time on the highest-value actions at all times. • Motivation: The Sales team is fast‐paced and success-driven – the Director of Sales is responsible for creating a positive, upbeat environment that cultivates energy, ultimately creates a fun place to work, and supports career advancement through positive coaching. Qualifications: • Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing salespeople. • 5+ years of experience selling Required!Proven track record of Top Tier Sales Management Performance. • Proven ability to influence, develop, and empower the sales team to achieve objectives. • Must have excellent communication skills. • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to build a world-class sales organization. • You must be highly organized with strong time management and administrative skills. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly
