The Director of Sales (“DOS”) has a strong track record of success in real estate sales. The DOS is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/She is an excellent leader within the organization and is able to build rapport and trust quickly with all agents and staff members. He/She unites all team members in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. This individual has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. The Director of Sales leads the Sales Team by hiring, training, coaching, and holding accountable all sales agents at the Hub. Through his/her leadership, this business continually sets the example for the rest of the Expansion locations in quality service, lead generation, and commitment to the company mission. In addition, when in production, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. Depending on the primary function of the role, the Director of Sales may prospect for leads daily, set appointments with those leads, close for agreements, and then fulfill the high-level fiduciary responsibilities of a sales agent. He/She models what he/she expects to see in other people. The Director of Sales also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and leading scripts/dialogue practices. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well. Responsibilities: • Oversee all agents of the local sales team, providing accountability, support, and guidance • Recruit talent • Hire, train, and coach all local agents • Lead generate for new clients daily • Lead all aspects of transactions from initial contact to contract to close in coordination with the Transaction Coordinator and Operations Team • Negotiate on behalf of clients Qualifications: • Real estate license • 5+ years of industry and sales experience preferred • 5+ years of management experience preferred • Ability to build and lead a team • Has mastered scripts and dialogues • Accountability-based leadership • Excellent at building rapport • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills Compensation: $150,000 yearly
