This pivotal position entails identifying engaged buyers, cultivating investor relationships, and efficiently promoting exclusive off-market wholesale deals to ensure maximum profitability. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong connections with real estate agents, investors, and industry professionals to understand their buyer preferences and match them with suitable property deals • Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, property values, and investment prospects to create effective pricing strategies for selling real estate assets • Utilize various platforms including social media to promote available deals and schedule property walk-throughs and showings • Engage in negotiations with buyers or their representatives to secure optimal sales contracts, terms, and conditions for successful transactions Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment is required • Strong skills in negotiation and communication are essential • Must have the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships • Proficiency in working with CRM systems and marketing tools is a must • Holding a Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one would be a bonus Compensation: $80,000+
