Position Overview We’re seeking a Dispositions Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and finds fulfillment in connecting people with opportunities. This individual will be responsible for managing the sale of investment properties in our portfolio to our network of buyers. You will be the bridge between our inventory and the right investor, and you’ll take ownership of marketing, negotiating, and closing deals—all while keeping buyers engaged and excited. Responsibilities: • Market investment properties across multiple platforms with compelling, data-driven presentations. • Build and manage a robust buyer list of cash investors, landlords, and rehabbers. • Qualify buyers and match them to the right properties based on criteria and goals. • Negotiate offers, contracts, and deal terms to maximize returns. • Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, and buyer communications. • Work with title companies to manage a smooth and timely closing process. • Provide regular feedback to the acquisitions team regarding market trends and buyer feedback. • Track KPIs and maintain accurate reporting on pipeline performance and closing timelines. • Continuously learn and grow with the team, embracing new challenges and ideas. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications • 1+ year of experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or a related sales field. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals at least 90% of the time. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, investor needs, and the sales process. • Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
