As a Dispositions Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in managing relationships with investors and facilitating the sale of properties. Your main responsibility will be connecting deals with qualified buyers, and ensuring seamless and efficient property transactions. Responsibilities: • Market and present wholesale property deals to our established investor network. • Cultivate and grow buyer relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service. • Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize profitability. • Coordinate transaction processes, ensuring clear communication with buyers, sellers, and title companies. • Continuously update and maintain our investor database. • Conduct market analysis to price properties competitively and strategically. • Attend networking events and actively seek new investors and strategic partnerships. Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, dispositions, or related fields is preferred but not required. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with real estate software tools. • Reliable transportation and willingness to occasionally visit property locations.
