Responsibilities: • Devise pricing strategies aimed at optimizing returns on investments for real estate assets situated in Saint Petersburg, FL, US. • Perform comprehensive market research to identify potential investors interested in local real estate properties. • Cultivate enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the real estate industry. • Ensure all documentation related to real estate dispositions is current and compliant with pertinent regulations. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the efficiency of real estate asset disposals. • Create and deliver regular reports outlining sales activities and advancements in real estate dispositions. • Effectively manage customer information and sales data utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Provide support for additional projects associated with real estate dispositions as delegated by the company.
