Your main tasks will include identifying and analyzing potential real estate investments in collaboration with clients, managing customer interactions, and coordinating with external vendors and our internal team to ensure the swift and efficient clearance of our properties. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize return on investment for real estate assets • Conduct thorough research and evaluation of the local market to identify potential investors for real estate properties • Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients in the real estate industry • Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations pertaining to real estate dispositions • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient process for disposing of real estate assets • Generate and submit regular reports detailing sales activities and progress in real estate dispositions • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to store customer information and sales data for effective management • Provide assistance in additional projects as assigned by the business for real estate dispositions Qualifications: • The candidate must hold a valid Real Estate License in Saint Petersburg, FL, US • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales operations, including dispositions, acquisitions, and land acquisition, is required • The candidate should have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Being highly motivated and results-driven is essential for success in this position • The candidate should present themselves professionally at all times • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective communication • Having a knack for sales is highly desirable • Dependability and trustworthiness are key qualities for this role Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
