Conduct property tours to highlight key features. • Deal Negotiation & Closings: Manage negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes. Oversee the closing process to meet all legal and financial requirements. • Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities. Conduct due diligence on properties to provide accurate insights to buyers. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License (preferred but not required). • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
