    Seeking a skilled Disposition Manager to drive the marketing, negotiation, and sale of company-owned properties in Philadelphia, PA. Responsible for formulating and executing pricing strategies, managing price levels, and upholding the company's pricing philosophy. Requires a keen eye for detail, strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent organization, and top-notch communication skills. Ideal candidates are self-starters capable of efficiently managing multiple projects independently and leading a high-performance sales team. Must have a background in sales and be adept at overseeing the sales process while maximizing results. Tasks include creating and distributing daily marketing materials to our buyer database, promptly engaging with interested parties, and negotiating property sales. Communication with potential buyers will involve email, text, phone, and face-to-face interactions, as well as property viewings as necessary. Key role in marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within set deadlines in a fast-paced and growing real estate environment. Responsibilities: • Market properties according to established procedures • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers' list • Constant monitoring of available properties and status along the sales process • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company • Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis • Assist the Company with miscellaneous projects as needed Qualifications: Required: • Real Estate Agent License- NOT ALWAYS NEEDED • 10+ transactions completed Desired skill set: • Results/goals orientated • Financially driven with a motive to earn • Smart and well-presented • Good communication skills • Natural sales ability • Hard-working • Self-motivated and organized • Focused and competitive • Good work ethic – punctual and reliable Compensation : • 100% commission-based with the potential of $60,000-$80,000 (or more!) per year. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be Schedule : “Flexible” full-time. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
