Looking for an experienced Disposition Manager to oversee the marketing, negotiation, and sale of company-owned properties in Philadelphia, PA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, maintaining price levels, and upholding our pricing principles. We need someone with a sharp attention to detail, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can efficiently handle multiple projects independently and lead a high-performing sales team. You must have a sales background and be skilled in managing the sales process to achieve optimal outcomes. Create and distribute daily marketing materials to our buyer database Promptly engage with interested parties and negotiate property sales Communicate with potential buyers via email, text, phone, and in-person interactions Conduct property viewings when necessary Play a vital role in marketing, negotiating, and selling properties within specified timelines in a dynamic real estate market. Responsibilities: • Market properties according to established procedures • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers' list • Constant monitoring of available properties and status along the sales process • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company • Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue • Enter all relevant notes into the company CRM on a daily basis • Assist the Company with miscellaneous projects as needed Qualifications: Required: • Real Estate Agent License- NOT ALWAYS NEEDED • 10+ transactions completed Desired skill set: • Results/goals oriented • Financially driven with a motive to earn • Smart and well-presented • Good communication skills • Natural sales ability • Hard-working • Self-motivated and organized • Focused and competitive • Good work ethic – punctual and reliable Compensation : • 100% commission-based with the potential of $60,000-$80,000 (or more!) per year.
