Requirement: Real Estate Experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. • Experience in wholesale real estate is highly valued. Time Requirement • Must be available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required. (i.e. Evenings and Saturdays) Promotion Pathway: • For individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period, there's an opportunity for promotion. Responsibilities: • Build relationships with real estate buyers • Qualify potential clients and understand their needs • Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts • Track sales activities and lead notes in the software database Qualifications: • Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships over time • Able to process details quickly, and create win/win solutions • Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred • Past sales experience, especially phone sales is a plus • Be enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate • Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team. Must be teachable and open-minded Compensation: $100,000 At-Plan Commission
