Responsibilities: • Manage property sales transactions and develop relationships with other realtors to enhance deal opportunities. • Responsively handle and close all leads to drive sales growth. • Maintain a pipeline of potential prospects and cultivate connections with investors and buyers. • Analyze properties on the MLS to determine market value and negotiate optimal selling prices. • Utilize skip tracing techniques to gather buyer information and expand the buyers' list. • Source potential buyers through social media platforms and maintain a database of leads. • Coordinate property viewings and showings for interested buyers. • Update the CRM system with detailed property information and buyer preferences. • Build rapport with current buyers and consistently follow up with their needs. • Ensure all contractual agreements are promptly sent out to investors and partners. • Engage in active outreach to expand the network of buyers and realtors. • Answer and follow up on all inquiries generated through the lead system promptly. • Execute daily calls to drive results and maintain a high level of productivity.
