Responsibilities: • Lead the entire asset disposition process from start to finish, overseeing marketing, pricing, negotiations, and final transfer of properties. • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and pricing plans to attract and secure potential buyers. • Skillfully negotiate offers and deal terms to achieve favorable outcomes for the company and clients. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly acquisitions, to ensure alignment on property values and market conditions. • Ensure smooth transaction processes by overseeing the preparation, review, and execution of all legal documentation to guarantee compliance. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with buyers, brokers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry. • Stay updated on market trends and competitive properties to refine strategies and enhance results through continuous market analysis. • Monitor and manage the disposition pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. • Address and manage inquiries and due diligence requests from potential buyers effectively. • Facilitate the closing process by coordinating with title companies, attorneys, and other professionals involved. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the entire transaction process. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Dispositions Manager or in managing real estate sales transactions. • Proven track record of successfully overseeing the asset disposition process from marketing through closing. • Strong ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and pricing plans. • Excellent negotiation skills with extensive experience in buyer-seller interactions. • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and the legal aspects of transactions. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
