Qualifications: • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Dispositions Manager or in managing real estate sales transactions. • Proven track record of successfully overseeing the asset disposition process from marketing through closing. • Strong ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and pricing plans. • Excellent negotiation skills with extensive experience in buyer-seller interactions. • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and the legal aspects of transactions.
