Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute the sale of the properties, ensuring optimal pricing and terms. • Develop and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals. • Market available properties through multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach. • Conduct property evaluations and pricing analysis to determine market value. • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently. • Maintain an updated database of buyers and investors to ensure consistent deal flow. • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition. • Track and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and pricing structures. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment property disposition. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
