    Real Estate Disposition Specialist (Commission-based) Our rapidly expanding real estate investment company, AI Real Estate Solutions LLC, is in search of a Disposition Specialist to assist with the marketing, negotiation, and sale of properties within our portfolio. This role mandates a keen understanding and application of our company's pricing strategies, tactics, and overarching price management framework. Integral to the position is the adeptness in analyzing and determining the optimal exit strategy for each real estate asset we secure. Our specialization lies in sourcing stellar investment properties for investors, predominantly in the DC Metro Area, while we continue to enhance our footprint across other promising markets. Occasionally, the role necessitates presenting properties to our buyers in person. Strong communication skills are paramount. We emphasize forging robust relationships with our cash buyers, offering them access to deeply discounted, off-market properties – unique opportunities they won't encounter elsewhere. A passion for sales and an enthusiasm for striking deals are crucial. We're on a trajectory to closing 10+ transactions on a monthly basis – a vision that requires an individual who thrives on deal-making. Responsibilities: • Market properties leveraging established protocols • Engage in cold calling with real estate agents, cash buyers, investors, and contractors • Utilize MLS for comparative analyses to derive exit strategy pricing • Enhance operational procedures persistently • Personally showcase properties to buyers when necessary • Augment the buyer database weekly • Establish fresh buyer contacts to fortify our existing network • Employ MLS to identify potential buyers and agents facilitating our property sales • Monitor property availability and track progression through the sales funnel • Collaborate with the team, leveraging tools and analytics to refine pricing strategies, ensuring profitable growth Qualifications: • Experience in Real Estate Sales • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about real estate • Openness to a remote working arrangement, with potential hybrid opportunities for candidates meeting all requirements • Collaborative decision-making ethos and a propensity to involve others • Accountability in risk-taking • Extroverted, empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills • Proven track record in relationship-building and persuasion • Proficiency in cold calling • A minimum of 1 year in sales This role is commission-based, offering substantial room for growth within the company.
