Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Disposition Specialist to join our fast-growing virtual real estate investment firm and work hands-on with our Disposition Manager to help sell all of our wholesale and novation deals nationwide in strategic primary and secondary markets. The ideal candidate will be great at building and maintaining strong relationships with investors while optimizing our property disposition process. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a disposition manager if that is desired. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential investors and maintain a high volume of daily communications • Develop and nurture relationships with qualified investors and buyers • Maintain detailed records of all investor interactions and transaction progress Desired Skills • Experience with virtual/remote sales processes • Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and market analysis • Background in disposition and cash buyer lead generation • Strong time management and organizational skills • Experience with virtual communication tools and platforms Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, disposition, or related field • Proven track record of successful property transactions • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close deals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a virtual environment Compensation: $8 per hour + commission
