Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Buyer Engagement/VIP Relationship Nurturing: • Call and engage potential buyers to generate interest and communicate property details effectively. • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service to foster loyalty and satisfaction. 2. Appointment Setting: • Schedule and coordinate walkthrough appointments with interested buyers. • Utilize tools like GHL, InvestorLyft, Trello and Discord for efficient process management. 3. Deal Negotiation and Closure: • Work towards increasing sales revenue by 5-10% MOM through effective negotiation and deal closure strategies. • Negotiate terms with potential buyers and ensure all necessary documentation is complete for successful deal closures. • Deliver creative solutions to resolve challenges that may arise during the closing process. 4. Integrator Role and Process Improvement: • Learn and master tools such as GHL, InvestorLyft, Trello for note-taking, and Discord for communication. • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the disposition workflow. • Implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization in the disposition workflow. 5. Fast Learner and Adapter: • Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes. • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Dispositions Specialist with a focus on real estate or sales is a plus! • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in using tools like GHL, Trello, and Discord. • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments. • Detail-oriented and organized. Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor. • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS. • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
