Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities 1. Buyer Engagement/VIP Relationship Nurturing: • Call and engage potential buyers to create interest and effectively communicate property details to generate walkthrough appointments. • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure personalized and top-notch service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Appointment Setting: • Schedule and coordinate walkthrough appointments with interested buyers. • Utilize tools like GHL, InvestorLyft, Trello, and Discord for efficient appointment management. 3. Deal Negotiation and Closure: • Work towards increasing sales revenue by 5-10% MOM through effective negotiation and deal closure strategies. • Negotiate terms with potential buyers and ensure all necessary documentation is complete for successful deal closures. • Come up with solutions for any potential issues in deals that may impact the closing process. 4. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a Dispositions Specialist with a focus on real estate or sales is a plus! • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in using tools like GHL, Trello, and Discord. • Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments. • Detail-oriented and organized. Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor. • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS. • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam.
