Responsibilities: • Foster and maintain relationships with existing investors, ensuring clear communication and identifying opportunities to expand market reach. • Develop and execute plans to grow the business by building strong, professional connections with new buyers across various markets. • Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximize volume and profitability for all wholesale accounts. • Qualify and manage leads through phone, text, and email, ensuring consistent follow-up and a seamless appointment-setting process. • Utilize CRM tools to organize and route leads effectively, while tracking campaign progress and results. • Analyze market data to make informed decisions, improve strategies, and close deals with qualified buyers. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in wholesaling or investment sales. • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation, and investment analysis. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
