Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of property management or real estate administration experience, preferably in multifamily housing. • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. • Software Proficiency: Experience with property management software ( AppFolio or similar). • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle tenant concerns professionally. • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred. Ensure timely processing of new leases and renewals. • Tenant Relations: Communicate with tenants regarding inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease-related issues. Provide exceptional customer service. • Work Order Management: Coordinate and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of repairs. Liaise with maintenance teams and vendors. • Collections & Delinquency Management: Monitor and follow up on rent collections, issue late notices, and work with tenants on payment arrangements as needed. • Inspections & Compliance: Schedule and conduct routine property inspections, ensuring compliance with lease terms and property standards. Document inspection reports. • Renewals & Retention: Manage lease renewals, assess market rents, and communicate renewal terms with tenants. Implement tenant retention strategies. • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate property records, files, and reports. Assist in budgeting and financial reporting. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or investment environments • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace • Experience with real estate CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar) • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Knowledge of real estate terms and processes is a plus • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred and encouraged Compensation: $85,000
