    Frontline Realty Group – San Diego, CA Part-time or Full-time depending on experience and qualifications Frontline Realty Group, owned and led by Maryann Augustine, is a boutique real estate company based in San Diego that specializes in helping residential sellers renovate, stage, and successfully sell their homes—while also guiding buyers in finding the right home or income property. We’re looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support Maryann and collaborate as a key team member. The ideal candidate is licensed in California, resides in San Diego County, and has a solid understanding of the CA RPA, disclosures, and addendums. Proficiency with the MLS, real estate contracts, and familiarity with the San Diego County market is a must. This role combines administrative strength with in-the-field support and marketing creativity. About the Role: This is a hands-on, fast-paced in-office position that blends administrative excellence with in-the-field support. You’ll work closely with Maryann to manage listings, coordinate transactions, and deliver an outstanding client experience from contract to close. This role requires a mix of behind-the-scenes organization and client-facing interaction—whether you're managing files and marketing, setting vendor appointments, staging in the field, holding open houses, or showing property. Compensation: $25 - $26 hour plus bonuses - possible $62,000 - $72,000+ / year Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Work directly with the Broker on all active and pending listings and transactions • Manage CRM database (Fusion, Realvolve, By Referral Only) and maintain organized digital files • Execute full MLS input and management via CRMLS in San Diego • Assist in preparing contracts, disclosures, addendums, and other real estate documents • Schedule vendor appointments, inspections, and photography • Work in Basecamp - executing all task completion and project management on each property and file • Oversee transaction timelines and interface with the transaction coordinator • Provide field support: attend showings, inspections, and open houses as needed • Field work will also involve assisting team in staging, overseeing vendors and errands • Coordinate listing launch tasks including sign and lockbox installation, flyers, etc. • Assist in client care, implementing current and past client campaigns and touchpoints • Create and manage marketing pieces including before-and-after property marketing • Design and update listing presentations and other marketing using Canva • Implement and update all social media and digital marketing, working with the team marketing company • Request and manage online client reviews • Maintain team spreadsheets, Google Docs, and light bookkeeping • Coordinate logistics for team projects, team events and community events • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle incoming client inquiries Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License required • Resides in San Diego County and understands the local market • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role as a real estate assistant or executive assistant • Proficient with CRMLS, CA real estate contracts, and transaction documents • Tech-savvy: experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Docs, Excel, and CRM tools • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and client-service focused • Marketing and social media experience is a strong plus • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work independently Compensation: $25 - $26 hour plus bonuses
