Kathy Beck, a successful real estate agent with Beck Residential Group - Keller Williams in Dallas, TX, is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to help grow her business and provide exceptional client service. The Role: As our Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time, in-office position with occasional evening and weekend work. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize client communication systems • Coordinate listing management, including vendor coordination and property preparation • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation • Plan and execute client events and open houses • Handle administrative tasks such as email management, database updates, and document preparation • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients and vendors Qualifications: • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn real estate-specific software • Experience in event planning and coordination • Proficiency using Canva or similar type tools to create marketing materials • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Real estate experience is a plus but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
