Kathy Beck, a top-performing real estate professional at Beck Residential Group - Keller Williams in Dallas, TX, is in search of a skilled Executive Assistant to support business growth and deliver outstanding customer service. The Position: Join us as an Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by managing various responsibilities to ensure seamless business processes and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a full-time role based in the office, with occasional work on evenings and weekends. The typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus, and PTO: $55,000-$65,000 Responsibilities: • Manage and enhance the systems for client communication to ensure efficiency • Coordinate the management of property listings, including working with vendors and preparing properties for sale • Support marketing endeavors by managing social media accounts and creating engaging content • Organize and execute various client events and open houses • Handle administrative duties like managing emails, updating databases, and preparing documents • Establish and uphold effective office procedures and systems • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and vendors Qualifications: • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn real estate-specific software • Experience in event planning and coordination • Proficiency in using Canva or similar type tools to create marketing materials • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Real estate experience is a plus but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
