Your responsibilities include relaying important messages, scheduling meetings and trips, and systematizing information in the various databases. Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker • Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details • Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns • Produce multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and blog posts • You must be able to juggle multiple projects, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently • Properly route phone calls, messages, mail, and packages • Strong organizational and time management skills • Provide high-level support to agents, clients, and leadership • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills • Assist with coordinating company events • Poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and professional demeanor Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Real estate experience preferred but not required • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope, LoneWolf, Google Drive, Dropbox • Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, InstaGram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) Compensation: $18 - $20
