The Details • Salary : $50,000 - $65,000, with potential for bonuses • Benefits : Paid vacation and holidays • Hours : Full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility as needed • Location: Stuart, FL 34996 Responsibilities: You'll thrive in this role if you: • Excel at working independently and taking initiative • Love staying one step ahead and anticipating needs before they arise • Maintain grace under pressure in fast-paced situations • Take pride in your exceptional organizational abilities • Enjoy having ownership over your responsibilities and take a proactive approach • Have a natural talent for prioritizing competing demands • Find satisfaction in creating order, systems, or modifying systems • Appreciate a small office environment where you can make a big impact On any given day, you might find yourself: • Delivering top-tier, concierge-level service to our clients, the team is known for • Drafting and managing our team's listings with meticulous attention to detail • Coordinating incoming offers and preparing counter-offers • Collaborating closely with our transaction coordinator • Acting as the point person for various third parties and vendors • Briefing your lead agent on upcoming meetings and providing necessary materials In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you'll take on key Executive Assistant duties: • Managing your lead agent's email inbox and calendar • Ensuring your lead agent is fully prepared for all appointments • Handling correspondence and scheduling on behalf of your lead agent Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience supporting a real estate agent, loan officer, or solopreneur in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to obtain a Florida real estate license within six months (for team support, not for selling real estate)Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and project management tools Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
