Responsibilities: • Efficiency Building: Develop and refine workflows, process charts, and documentation to improve operational efficiency. • Organizational Strategy: Collaborate on setting, tracking, and achieving team goals aligned with business objectives. • Calendar & Task Management: Manage the President’s schedule and prioritize appointments to ensure deadlines and critical tasks are met. • Project Coordination: Oversee projects, maintain timelines, and ensure seamless communication and progress across teams. • Team Communication: Act as a bridge between the President and team members, providing clarity, structure, and follow-through. • Strategic Support: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to keep the company proactive and prepared. • Documentation & Data Management: Maintain and organize key documents, ensuring quick access and streamlined reporting. • High-Level Support: Anticipate the President’s needs, prioritize responsibilities, and handle sensitive tasks with discretion. Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compensation: $8,000 - $25,000 yearly
