    We’re seeking a driven and exceptional Real Estate Executive Assistant —an Empire Builder ready to bring order, strategy, and efficiency to a fast-paced, small, top-producing luxury real estate team on the Westside of Los Angeles, CA. The Details: • Location : Los Angeles, CA (Beverly Hills 90212). Candidates must live within a 40-minute commute and have reliable transportation. • Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., with some evening and occasional weekend flexibility. • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 with an opportunity to achieve a bonus (successful candidates can achieve up to $200k in total compensation) • Benefits: Vacation Time, Health Insurance, 401k We Know You You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining calm under pressure and pivoting quickly as priorities shift. Responsibilities: What You’ll DoThis role’s scope might justify a high-impact title—perhaps Director of Operations, and the team is prepared to offer a Director-level title.Executive Administrative Support: You’ll have your hands in every part of the business, providing comprehensive executive support, managing high-level communications, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring exceptional client care and clearing away distractions, keeping your lead agent focused on their goals. Strategic Operational Support: Working with the Lead Agent and Visionary, you’ll drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and track performance metrics to ensure alignment and results. You’ll lead meetings, refine workflows, enhance systems, and expand the contact database to maximize lead generation and follow-up, combining strategic focus with hands-on execution to boost team productivity.Listing and Buyer Support: You’ll manage all aspects of seller and buyer transactions, from preparing the team for listing appointments to overseeing pre-listing tasks, launching listings, and ensuring flawless execution. You’ll coordinate with the transaction coordinator, vendors, and marketing efforts while managing showings, broker opens, and open houses. For buyers, you’ll facilitate onboarding, coordinate searches, and maintain communication throughout the transaction process until closing.Marketing Leadership: You’ll spearhead the team’s marketing initiatives, collaborating on campaigns, creating collateral, and managing the online presence and client events to foster strong relationships and fuel business growth. With a solid understanding of marketing, you’re also adept at directing marketing professionals to ensure the concepts are brought to vision. Performance Metrics: Tracking is your superpower. You’ll monitor and report on critical metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly—such as cost per referral, appointment, and client—to ensure the team remains focused on its goals. Qualifications: To QualifyExperience: 3+ years supporting high-performing real estate professionals in a similar capacity with extensive experience with real estate contracts and building/implementing systems. • Education/License: An active real CA estate license is required. • Skills: Proficiency in MLS, CRM tools, transaction management platforms, project management software, marketing platforms, and Google Workspace. • Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, outstanding communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
