Real Estate Executive Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting two business owners with daily operations, managing listings, overseeing corporate-owned investment properties, and ensuring seamless coordination across various aspects of the business. This role offers a dynamic work environment and requires someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Assist two business owners with daily tasks, including running errands and handling day-to-day operations. • Listing Coordination: Assist with the preparation and management of real estate listings. • Investment Property Management: Oversee corporate-owned investment properties, including vendor coordination, tenant communication, and basic property maintenance oversight. • Office Management: Manage office operations, including mail handling, supply ordering, and maintaining an organized workspace for the growing team. • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including client appreciation events, team celebrations, and community outreach initiatives. • **Scheduling & Showings: **Assist with scheduling property showings. Show commercial properties to prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism and knowledge of the properties. • Team Support: Provide general administrative and operational support for team members as needed to enhance productivity and collaboration. Qualifications: • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Real estate experience preferred but not required Compensation: $50,000
