Our managing partner is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced, professional environment. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the Managing Partner of the firm, supporting ongoing real estate transactions, and handling administrative functions to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate industry experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence. • Assist in the preparation, editing, and organization of real estate investment documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations. • Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders. • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Manage and organize real estate transaction files, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all documentation. • Conduct research on potential investment opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis. • Coordinate investor meetings, property tours, and conference calls. • Track and follow up on ongoing real estate projects and transactions. • Maintain contact databases and CRM systems. • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for the Managing Partner. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or investment environments. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Experience with real estate CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar). • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of real estate terms and processes is a plus. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: $75,000
