We’re in search of an organized, professional real estate executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact for the principal broker. Your responsibilities include relaying important messages to the broker, scheduling the broker’s meetings and trips, and systematizing information in the client databases. In addition, you’ll need to file paperwork, purchase office equipment, and assist with other teams as needed. Applicants should be decisive, thorough, and excellent communicators. Responsibilities: • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker • Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker • Help Maintain Broker’s schedule and reply to client inquiries • Show homes to Buyer Clients on behalf of Broker • Attend inspections and walkthroughs on behalf of Broker • Fill out purchase contracts send for signatures • Assist Marketing Listing Specialist on Broker listings • Maintain and cultivate Broker’s client database • General duties of a Buyer’s Agent, as needed Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS • Experience in the real estate industry preferred • Can work on deadline and handle private client information • Real Estate Salesperson License (not-required for hire, but will need to obtain within 30 days) • HS Diploma or GED • Strong availability for evening and weekend hours • A driver’s license with a reliable and presentable vehicle • Customer Service Skills • Desire to learn • A computer with reliable internet Compensation: $17 - $25 per hour + commission based on experience
