    S. Williams & Associates Real Estate Team are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced real estate team. This role will oversee transaction coordination, manage listings, and handle administrative tasks while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is punctual, quick to learn new systems, and excels at multitasking. Responsibilities include managing contracts from offer to close, coordinating listings, overseeing our 33 touch marketing system, and ensuring our clients receive a 5-star experience through regular check-in calls. Growth will be measured by client referrals, reviews, and leads generated through our marketing systems. Responsibilities: Transaction Coordinator: • Manage all contracts from offer acceptance to closing. • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with real estate regulations. • Conduct regular audits of contract documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Listing Manager: • Handle all listing-related tasks including placing signs in yards, installing lockboxes, and preparing listing presentations. • Coordinate photography, staging, and any additional listing preparation. • Ensure listings are properly marketed through MLS and other platforms. 33 Touch & Marketing Management: • Oversee our 33 touch system, including bi-weekly mailers, monthly newsletters, and social media management. • Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement. • Track and report leads generated through the 36-touch system and ensure client engagement. Office Administration: • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly. • Organize and optimize office systems, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Conduct weekly client check-in phone calls, ensuring 5-star service and gathering feedback. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in contract and paperwork management. • Quick learner with a passion for mastering systems and processes. • Proven experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar role. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient with office software and able to learn real estate platforms quickly. • A high level of professionalism and commitment to integrity. • Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Compensation: $45,000
