    Are you a driven, creative, and detail-oriented individual with extensive real estate experience in Idaho? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for staying ahead of social media trends? I am seeking an experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant who also specializes in social media marketing to join my team. About the Role As my right-hand person, you will not only assist with the day-to-day operations of real estate transactions but also lead the charge in marketing and social media strategy. This role requires someone with real estate experience or prior experience as an agent’s assistant. You will work both from the office and travel alongside me to support real estate activities. This is not a learning role—you are expected to bring expertise and direct me on effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities: • Take initiative in all areas to support and grow the business—don't wait for direction; anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities. • Bring forward creative ideas and solutions to keep our marketing and operations moving forward. • Assist with all real estate activities, including transactions, scheduling, and client communications. • Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns that align with real estate goals. • Provide social media strategy , ensuring content is on-trend and optimized across platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business. • Design • Monitor analytics and trends to refine campaigns and strategies continuously, making recommendations to improve engagement. • Collaborate with me to create video content, reels, and other media for marketing purposes. • Manage my social media presence and grow engagement on all platforms. • Maintain and update the Google Business page to enhance visibility and client reviews. • Problem-solve and take charge in supporting daily tasks, knowing when and how to act without needing instruction. • Provide day-to-day support, working both from the office and on-site with me when necessary. Qualifications: • Real estate experience in Idaho or prior experience as a real estate assistant. • Expert-level proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook). • Hands-on experience with Canva and other creative tools. • Strong knowledge of social media trends and the ability to create viral, engaging content. • Must be able to lead marketing initiatives and offer strategic guidance. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Flexibility to travel within the Treasure Valley as needed and work in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms. Compensation: $51,500 - $60,000
