    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker • Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions • Social Media Management for managing broker • Maintain CRM (database) including input, updating, and auditing • Digital Marketing • Transaction Coordinating • Business Development Support • General Business Activities and Audits Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Can work on deadline and handle private client information • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Experience with Apple Products • Understand CRMs - Have worked with one before • Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment Compensation: $30,000 - $34,000 yearly
