Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm - Compensation Package: Annual Salary + Bonus, PTO: $40,000 - $50,000 Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Oversee all contracts through closing and reviewing contracts and listing documents for completion • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for rainmaker • Guard the rainmaker’s daily schedule • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills- excellent spelling and grammar • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure - Think like a problem solver! • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed • Real Estate License preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
