    We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate business. As the right hand to the executive team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain communications, and oversee essential real estate activities, including listing preparation, client interactions, and transaction coordination. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level executive support, including managing calendars, emails, and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports. • Act as a liaison between the executive team and clients, agents, or vendors. • Oversee transaction coordination and ensure deadlines are met. • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and client records. • Conduct research, compile data, and support decision-making processes. • Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and drafting property listings. • Manage real estate-specific tasks, including: • Listing preparation and marketing efforts. • Coordinating and attending property showings and inspections. • Facilitating prospecting efforts and distributing leads to agents. • Assisting buyers with property showings and final walk-throughs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (real estate experience preferred). • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. • High level of professionalism and discretion. Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
